We were inspired to create this tea by our many friends who exercise daily.
Containing healing herbs, known for their anti-inflammatory properties and benefits, this tea is the perfect post-training accompaniment, decreasing recovery time and reducing muscle inflammation.
Echinacea and calendula provide healing, anti- inflammatory and immune-stimulant properties. The white sweet smelling meadowsweet flowers contain salicylates compounds, that when converted by the body is effective in reducing discomfort and inflammation. It’s often used as an aspirin replacement, for treating arthritis as well as other body aches and pains.
Liquorice, Echinacea, Plantain, Calendula, Meadowsweet
Add 1 – 2 teaspoons of Raw Essentials Anti-Inflammatory per cup. Infuse in water up to 90⁰ celcius. Steep for 3.5 – 5 minutes. Tea can be re-infused up to 3 times. Enjoy throughout the day and evening.
