4 FOODS THAT FIGHT INFLAMMATION

With summer just around the corner, it’s time some of us start thinking about the nasty irritations and inflammation that often accompany the heat.

Many health problems can be reduced by enhancing the quality of your diet and it’s often the best place to start. So we’ve compiled a list of a few foods that will help to improve your health all round.

 

1. Fish! The Omega-3 fatty acids in fish have been found to aid in reducing inflammation. Try baking or grilling oily fish such as Salmon or Tuna several times per week.

 

2. Garlic or onion are known for their strength in boosting ones immunity. As well as this, they have been found to play host to many treatments, including the relief of inflammation.

 

3. Eating healthy servings of dark greens is never a bad thing, and the Vitamin E found in veggies such as broccoli and spinach are also known to help reduce some of the uncomfortable conditions brought on by the warmer months.
