Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Raw Essentials Tea uses the services of Australia Post to ship within Australia. Standard & Express Shipping are both available. International orders are shipped using DHL.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Within Australia, packages take 3-5 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days with Express Shipping. International shipping may take up to 30 days. Please also keep in mind that due to COVID-19 that shipping timeframes may be longer than expected.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes – Raw Essentials Tea does ship internationally. We use DHL as our global shipping partner.

How often are orders shipped?

We ship orders on most business days (with the exception of Victorian public holidays).

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Stripe to process Visa, MasterCard & AMEX payments on our site. Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Afterpay are also available for purchases. For subscriptions, we use both Stripe & PayPal to process transactions.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply start at our home-page and select the shop button in the header, from there you can see all of our products. From there, select the tea or product and select add to cart on the product page. When you’re done selecting your products, click the cart in the top right hand corner to finalise your selection, and then fill out your information in the checkout section of the website.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No – you’re not required to create an account but it’s highly recommended so that you don’t need to re-enter your information when it comes time to re-ordering your favourite teas. All information on this site is stored securely.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change your order by using the live-chat function on the website or filling out the contact form. Orders are sent out daily so any changes after payment should be made promptly.

How Do I Track My Order?
