Raw Essentials Tea Society Slim Tea Challenge Method:

Raw Essentials Slim blend tea contains herbs known for their ability to decrease your appetite and speed your metabolism and increase your energy.

You will enjoy 2 cups of Raw Essentials Slim Blend Tea 20 minutes before meals.

You must actually sit to eat and not be distracted by your phone, consciously taste every mouthful. The tea will have cleansed your palate, so you will be able to enjoy the flavours.

 

Raw Essentials Tea Society Sleep Tea Challenge Method:

You will be using a WIND DOWN method.

You will go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time in the morning.

You will time it with 8 hours of sleep per night.

40 mins before your bedtime you will turn off all electronic devices. No TV, Phones, no computers.

You will make your sleep tea and start drinking the first cup.

Wash your face, brush your teeth, change into pyjamas.

Get your book and read in your quiet place,( preferably not your bed. Your bed is for sleeping only.)

With your second cup of tea for 30 mins.

Hop in to a cold bed, relax and sleep.
